Most often committee reference belongs in description box. How can I know the level? Think about the scope.  What is the level of impact, who does the activity affect?  What keywords would you pick out to determine what group or level is the most appropriate?  Who RUNS the program? (If the school/college runs the program … it is at the college level)  What groups does your faculty work with the most, look at your faculty’s other activities  What do you already know about your faculty’s activities?  Does the program have a life of its own? (ex: They are their own group and could be looked up in the Universty directory)
