PCC Climate Change Programme Objectives to … reduce CO 2 emissions from non-domestic property reduce waste to landfill reduce CO 2 emissions from vehicle fleet and staff business miles assist householders in reducing their CO 2 emissions ensure plans in place for natural and man made emergencies give fair regard to sustainability in its actions

Climate Change Programme targets include… 25% reduction in CO 2 emissions from non- domestic property over 5 years to display energy certificates to improve by 2 DEC ratings by % year on year reduction in CO 2 emissions from domestic housing stock Low energy street lighting
