If we offered a telephone consultation service, would you book an appointment to speak to the GP over the phone instead of a face to face appointment? Yes 62% No 35%

Possible Action Points ? Early morning clinics ? Additional evening clinics ? Extend our telephone consultation trial appointment to April 2012 ? Ways of raising patient awareness about missing appointments? services at the practice?

Opening times Q3. Would you like the surgery open at additional times? Yes 70% No 26% Q2. Would you like the surgery to open... Before 8am 29% At lunchtime 41% After 6.30pm 29% The results from Q2 suggest that patients are unaware of our reception opening hours. The practice is currently open for four lunchtimes a week, and until 19:30 on Tuesday and Thursday.
