Objective: To learn how to draw your name in graffiti. Instructions: Student will work individually. Activity: Students will draw their own name in Graffiti. Assessment: How much the student paid attention and their effort on drawling. Sunshine State Standard: uses two-dimensional and three dimensional media, techniques, tools and processes to communicate and idea or concept based on research, environment, personal experience, observation or imagination.

E XAMPLES :

V OCABULARY YOU NEED TO KNOW : Art: intended primarily for purposes other than utility any of the art forms such as sculptures. Medium: materials such as oils, watercolors etc. used to create artwork; category of art such as drawing or painting. Subject: thing represented in artwork, such as people, buildings trees etc. Traditional: works that have style, subject matter that is familiar to the public as art. Abstract: describing an artwork based on identifiable, few or no details. Tag : a tag is an artist’s personal stylized signature
