In this module, you will learn to import sound files record and use your own voice to narrate your presentation.

Hardware Requirements for Sound Sound card Microphone Speakers A headset with mic is a good choice for voice recording.

How to Get Started Go to the Tool Bar and click Insert When the menu drops down, locate and click Movies and Sound Choose one of the tasks from this menu, click and follow the prompts It’s as easy as that!

To Import Sound from Clip Organizer Part 1 Review sounds in Clip Organizer and choose one Click Insert on the Tool Bar Click Movies and Sound Click Sound from Clip Organizer (con’t)

To Import Sound from Clip Organizer Part 2 (con’t) Locate and select desired sound clip Click Okay – a sound icon will appear on the slide To play music or sound automatically click Yes or to play manually click No
