2 About Axiom?  Established in 1967  Based in Peterborough and work across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire  Not-for-profit organisation  Provide services to over 5,000 people  Includes general needs housing, sheltered housing, extra care schemes, supported housing projects and domicillary care  Employs 220 staff and over 40 relief workers

2 Why health and well-being?  Cultural shift and change  Increase in sickness absence days per employee  Commitment to being a great place to work

2 Implementation of project  Applied for funding:  Health, Work & Well-being Challenge Fund  Funding matched by Axiom  Health and well-being group formed  Responsible for ensuring project milestones are being met  Co-ordination of all health and well-being activities  Branded the project……..
