Partner’s Roles Valuable partners, I want to remind our roles in project. And I want to get feedback from you about this. These are our roles in project, you can find more detailed version in application form.

Keçiören Municipality KBLD is the applicant and coordinator organization in the project. It plays a leading role during the overall project management and coordination of the project activities. KBLD is the coordinator of Management and Coordination work package KBLD assists the methodology of skills modules aspects,of entire design of project training materials, evaluation as well as the valorization of the project activities and results. KBLD will fulfill the commitments that have been specified in the proposal, and carry out essential works in TR along with other local project partners to identify requirements in DESYODIP in TR,and will identify relevant occupational standards. KBLD will provide efficient communication with Turkish NA on behalf of the partnership;implement the partnership agreements; distribute the budget based on the contracts. KBLD will organize a transnational meetings kick-off meeting in TR.

MARIBOR DESYODIP project management will have the important and difficult task of establishing sufficient controls over the project to ensure that the project stays on track towards the achievement of its objectives; ‘monitoring’. Monitoring will be concerned as the systematic and continuous data collection, analysis and use of information for management control and decision-making. Monitoring will be an integral part of day-to-day management. Its purpose will be to provide the information by which management can identify and solve implementation problems, and assess progress in relation to what was originally planned. To monitor project development and evaluate training modules, tools and project results.

CIF-France CIF FRANCE will participate research local target groups, disable policies and existing good practice developing and adapting training curriculum participation in train the trainers workshop organizing the transfer of developed methodology and train the trainers and tutor of disable people dissemination of project outcomes. CIF FRANCE will work with his local,national partners to contribute to the project.
