Types of Bullying Verbal Bullying: can include put downs, threats, name calling and teasing Physical Bullying: can include kicking, punching, holding down and tripping. Social Bullying: can include being left out and having rumors spread about you. Psychological Bullying: can include stalking and being given dirty looks.

Who Bullies Bullies are usually people who have low self esteem and bully others to fell powerful or to impress others. Bullying can happen to anyone and anyone can bully.

Cyber bullying is another form of bullying. It can include writing bad things on blogs, sms, and chat. It is becoming more and more frequent in society today as the new generation are obsessed with technology.
