Action Points New Action Point 1.SC to update the list of participants at meetings and to review the people on the mailing list (ongoing) 2.SC to follow up possible issues with the lack of supply of early recovery materials. (ongoing) 3.ILAP would be interested in helping as the focal point in Rahim Yar Khan (ongoing) 4.SC to send out the list of IPs collected from SC partners (done) 5.All organisations to attempt to broaden the audience for technical trainings to include those people that are trying to rebuild their houses by themselves. Sindh Updates : key activities Biweekly SC meetings in Umerkot, Sanghar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allah Yar, Badin, Mirpukhas, Monthly in S.Benazirabad and Umerkot Monitoring of monsoon impact/mild-drought conditions in Western Sindh and impact on ER shelter projects and/or population displacement Agencies suggested participate to joint field visits and organize discussions to share experiences and best practices, including on shelter construction and community mobilization Quality of material to be monitored where issues seem particularly serious

Sindh Updates : progresses and challenges -ER shelter programmes on-going in all districts, some agencies to extend their projects>> guidance required up to Deh level to avoid duplications of projects -Many UCs of Badin remain uncovered (47/27/12) -Delays in procurement slows the pace of construction (all districts) -Communities busy in the fields during the cotton harvest (Sanghar) -Attempts to influence shelter projects towards a particular areas (Mirpur Khas, Badin) -Other Challenges faced by agencies : Low quality of material (Sanghar, Badin) Access to water (Umerkot) Strong social mobilization needed to manage the frustration of families not assisted (all districts)
