CLIC Training Course Materials CLIC Collaborative Learning Initiative for Cities Scope: A one-week intensive Training Course based on the UN Habitat 3 months Training Programme piloted in the Americas, the Making Cities Resilient (MCR) Campaign tools and materials (ex. Mayors Handbook and LG-SAT) Content: Focus of the course is on the specific elements of the MCR, particularly on the implementation milestones and strategic planning outlined in the Mayor’s Handbook.
