Make sure you bring all requested registration items (roster, vandalism and behavior form, & photo consent) and event specific materials (e.g. goggles, aprons, etc.). Have kits for each event. Bring printed maps and schedules for team members. Bring parents to help with transportation and getting students from one event to the next. Dress for weather, events and to impress (show your school spirit). Protect devices for travel. Have a plan for feeding team members and coaches. Impound items at designated times.
