Presentation transcript:

 Wind is formed by, whenever there is a high pressure area and a low pressure area around it, air is pushed from the high pressure area to the low. Wind energy is abundant because it is an independent renewable energy holding company focused on the development maufactured, and the development of leading edge, green technologies.  Abundant Energy, L.L.C is an independent renewable energy holding company focused on the development, manufacture, and development of leading edge, green energy, and technologies.  Windmills are essentially a type of generator that converts kinect energy (motion energy) into electrical energy.

 Wind energy is converted into a useful form of energy, such as using wind turbines to make electricity.  The term wind energy or wind power describe the process by which the wind is used to generate mechanical power or electricity. Wind turbines convert the kinect energy in the wind into mechanical power this mechanical power can used for specific tasks. such as grinding grain or pumping water. or a generator can convert this mechanical power into electricity.

 Manufacturing a turbine will cause some pollution. servicing the turbine will also come at a certain environmental coast. running the turbine will generate not only electricity but also noise. Which some people refer to as sound pollution. Based on my assessment I would rank that a 1O. Generic on land turbines are the most common type however they are commonly looked down upon. some people do say they are in fact bad for the environment the two biggest concerns are they kill birds, bats and are to expensive to transport. Based on my assessment I would rank that a 8  They are thus a better choice than conventional power plants that use non-renewable sources, emit air-pollutants and greenhouse gases.  Property values decrease in areas where the turbines are visible.  Generation of electricity by wind energy has the potential to reduce environmental impacts, because unlike generators that use fossil fuel, it does not result in the generation of atmospheric contaminants or thermal pollution, and it has been attractive to many governments, organizations, and individuals.

 Wind turbines vary on the shape, size, type of location and location. commercial turbines can cost between $1 million to $2 million. Based on the megawatt name plate capacity. Small farm and residential turbines cost far less to build or install but cost more per kilowatt of energy produced. you can build your own wind turbine for $2OO or less
