What is it?  A Retail Hockey and lacrosse business offering hockey and lacrosse equipment.  Offering consumers with more experienced and knowledge personal in the store.

Business description  Our retail business is going to be offering Hockey and lacrosse equipment to new and very experienced players.  Offering a great and experienced staff to insist you on buying exactly what you need for these sports.

Competitive analysis  Our business will be offering great deals when we first open to find some great customers that will continue business with our store.  We will be offering a 20% discount on everyone who spends over 100 dollars in our store.

Market strategies  The industry of sports and athletics are booming the market alone seems to always be up.  We plan on sponsoring some local hockey and lacrosse teams to get our name out there at first

Market strategies  We will have big competitors like Dick sporting goods, Sports Authority Big Five sporting goods etc..  But our business plans on focusing on the two sports of Hockey and Lacrosse alone having people come to us with are knowledge in the two sports. Before other competitors.

Operations  We will have 2 managers in the store on focusing on Hockey and the other on the lacrosse.  Then another 6 employs for sales.
