*Why in the World Wide Web? Note: This article appeared in the January, 1997 issue of Technology & Learning and is copyrighted by Jamie McKenzie. Consider the Four Primary Goals for a School Web Site* and therefore your sections. 1.Introduce visitors to your school. 2. Highlight best resources available on the larger Web. 3. Provide opportunities to showcase student work, both locally and globally. 4. Allow for access to curriculum-related topics virtually. Also, consider: 1.Who is your viewer? (Students, Faculty, Parents, Community, etc.) 2.What type of information do you want to provide for your viewer? 3.What is the best way to convey the information? 4.What do you want your viewer to be able to do? Thinking about your section

III. Edit your section Ms. Wall’s Section

Getting Started Editing 1.First Step  Sign In 2.Change your password 3.Navigate to the section you are going to edit. You won’t see site manager on this page unless you are in the section that you are an editor.
