MAJEES TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC Oil & Gas Division Project Overview - Produced Water Treatment – PDO, Lekhwair

PROCESS OBJECTIVES Meet minimum process requirement of Oil in Water (OIW) & Total Suspended Solids (TSS) at water outlet of 50 ppmv and 10 mg/l respectively, along with a water outlet pressure of 4 barg.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION Produced water treatment system incorporating 100% desander and deoiler vessels with feed pumps System supplied is capable of receiving produced water up to 15,600 m3/day [65000 m3/hr] and effectively remove all oil and solids to condition the water suitable for re-injection

PROCESS SKID

PROCESS DESCRIPTION Produced water is taken from the facilities Dehydration / Surge Tanks Low shear centrifugal pump will boost the low-pressure supply to 11 Barg for effective operation of both the desander and deoiler, whose cyclone process require a pressure loss to operate Desander Hydrocyclone to perform the required solids removal using high efficiency Krebs gMax2 fine cut point, ceramic liners. The desander is complete with integral sand accumulation space for storage of the removed solids The produced water stream from the Desander Hydrocyclone is fed directly into the Deoiling Hydrocyclone

PROCESS DESCRIPTION ( Contd. ) Location of the deoiler upstream of the desander vessel ensures adequate pressure is available at all time in the reject oil stream Project data identification \ analysis Each package incorporates a system recycle line controlled by the skid discharge pressure that permits the package to keep operating in the event of an interruption in the forward flow due to an upset at the injection pumps
