6 Also… interaction with users The target –The level of satisfaction with the statistics quality by 70% in 2009 –The satisfaction with the statistics quality at the level of leading EU countries - 85 % by 2011 The current situation –35.5% of users consider official statistical data fully reliable (1076 respondents) –66.2 % of users are satisfied with the Agency’s work (962 respondents) –In 2007 about 50% of respondents of the sample survey (2000+ persons) were fully satisfied with the Agency’s work
