The Budget… Current Balance $25, Committee Budgets not all submitted We have sold tickets to 45% of the class! We have raised 58% of the needed funds. Detailed Report is located on handout

Fundraising - Help STILL NEEDED! QUILT RAFFLE $3.00 or 2/$ shirts still being taken (SEVEN NEEDED) - leave shirts with Ms. Kelly-Carroll - Raffle tickets available for purchase tonight, when party tickets are sold in the lunchroom, at the Pizza Party AND at the teacher conferences - Pre-purchase them and sell yourselves and turn in before the night of the party. - Quilt drawing will be held at the senior party

Fundraising - Help STILL NEEDED! Pizza Party– Tickets $10.00 May 4 from 5-8pm Fireside in Rosemount Pre-sell tickets (1 drawing ticket for every 2 sold) A few Volunteer shifts available 4:30-6:30 and 6:30-8:30(ticket sales and our sales items)

Fundraising - Help STILL NEEDED! Cub Foods Bagging at Cub Foods Rosemount May 21 from 4-8 Volunteers needed (only 1 signed up thus far)

Ongoing Fundraising See’s Candy - $48.00 per box (sell for $2 ea.) Great for Easter Baskets!!! Gerten’s Gift Cards Pizza Party – May 4. Tickets available to sell Savvi Tux Rental Cub Bagging – May 21 – 4-8pm Volunteers Needed Gift Baskets Spirit Items– Go to Website; order sports and club specialty items such as yard signs, shirts, hockey/lax stick wraps and more **new item is the luggage tag! Come early on May 20 to place an order in person Donations * pick up a donation letter or print off the website * ask your employer (Wal-Mart, Pepsi employees?) * those that contacted businesses, please return sheet so that we can follow up

What kinds of donations are we looking for? Cash/Checks/Visa Gift Cards Age appropriate gifts and prizes (new, never used, in package) Gift Baskets Gift Cards (Target, gas cards, favorite restaurant) Items to be used for party (food, paper goods, decorations, etc) **Sam’s Club has discount cards 5 - $10.00 cards to Cold Stone for $40.00 **pick up a donation form. Receipts will be provided for anyone requiring it for tax purposes
