Contest fee: $125 Drill, $150 Dance (due in November)
Belles Fundraising Goal PER GIRL: $150 (due in December) Last year we raised about $225 per girl!

Snap! Raise-You only receive 77% of what you raise
Butter Braids- You only receive $5-$6 from each one sold
Spirit Ads- You receive the full amount that you raised
Buyout program will also be offered to pay full amount upfront
MOST of your fundraising will be put towards our Disney trip, so the more you fundraise the less you will have to pay!!

9. Why is fundraising important?
TOTAL SPENT ON CONTEST 16-17: About $41,696.50
Each dance costs about $3,000-$5,000 (registration fees and costumes), contest shirt, choreographers, meal for travel, buses to in city contests, music mixing fees, etc.
***Your contest fee only covers entry fees and maybe one costume. It does not cover any travel.***
That is why fundraising is so important!!

15. Travel Contract for Disney
Down payment: August 28th/$250.00
If you over pay and our fundraising lessens the number for your Belle then you will receive a refund
Payments will be $250 and due every month. Dates are attached to this form!
Travel meetings will occur once the trip gets closer in order to discuss details about the trip. ALL TRIP MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY FOR BELLES AND FAMILY MEMBERS PAYING FOR OUR PACKAGE! Non package members will not be allowed to attend!
