Music in the Church Zwingli saw music as a distraction in the Church He had a particular dislike for the organ because he thought it represented the Catholic Church He recommended selling organs to give money to the poor

Differences from Luther Luther wrote 95 theses; Zwingli wrote 67 these Luther said salvation came through faith; Zwingli said it came through good deeds Luther believed that the body and blood of Christ were spiritually transformed in the bread and wine; Zwingli saw it as symbolic (Communion) Transubstantiation
