Philosophy Teaching is an opportunity to transform a student’s life. Selfishly, I would like to teach because it brings me joy to inspire a positive difference. To see student’s eyes light up and smiles on their faces when they are learning is a reward for me. Mission As a teacher, growing professionally is an essential commitment. There are many techniques and methods that are still being discovered to improve classroom and online education. Therefore, it is vital for teachers to continue to stay informed with the latest methods and techniques and be open-minded to introduce these methods appropriately, in order to, improve the student learning outcomes. As a teacher, I am charged with a mission to inspire the professional development of students using real-world curriculum. CATS allow the instructor to evaluate their student learning needs in order to meet learning objectives so they are successful. Resolutions I resolve to uphold a classroom that fosters curiosity along with mutual respect so that all students will be courageous fulfilling their academic challenges. I resolve as a classroom or online instructor, I will maintain and open- mind to continue growing professionally and stay informed with the latest teaching methods that have proven to have success. Resolutions I resolve to incorporate real-world, meaningful learning experiences in the classroom and to coach my students as to the professional expectations and discernments necessary for their success in the business world. I resolve to engage with students using appropriate Classroom Assessment techniques to meet the learning objectives I resolve to remain a supportive mental coach for my students to empower them to reach their potential.
