CONFIDENTIAL 13 Plenary sessions Catania, Nov. 9 & 10, 2010 Amendments 1.NXP Semiconductors has taken over the project leadership of the ENIAC MODERN project [Project number: ] from STMicroelectronics as of June 23rd,, The legal entity ST-Crolles (short name ST-F) that was delivering the previous project leader is replaced by the legal entity ST-Grenoble. 2.To remove some inconsistencies in the inter-dependencies between the deliverables D2.2.2, D2.2.4, D2.5.1 and D2.5.2 it is proposed to change these items from the WP2 deliverables list by re-phrasing the deliverables contents for D2.2.2, D2.2.4, D2.5.1 and D This change prevents that a three months delay will propagate through all involved deliverables without changing the total contents of these deliverables. 3.The MODERN Consortium accept that the University of Glasgow will be sub-contracting work to the spin-out venture Gold Standard Simulations Ltd to complete tasks in relation to the deliverables to be provided by the university to the consortium. 4.The Swiss partner Centre Suisse d’Electronique et Microtechnologie CSEM partner # 3 withdraws from the project due to lack of national funding as of To account for the leaving of some NXP employees involved and a related change in direction of the NXP PDM group the contribution of NXP to Task 3.1, Task 5.3 and the related deliverables D5.3.2 and D5.3.3 will (slightly) change. Change (no amendment): the Thales contribution is moved from D4.3.2 to D4.3.3 The latest TA that includes the updates above is MODERN_PartB Rev3.2.pdf and is available from section WP6 of the MODERN websitesection WP6 of the MODERN website
