15 KNMI (Boersma) will have overall responsibility for the project and oversee activities from the partners working on the Atmosphere ECVs. UCL (Muller) will manage activities for the Land ECVs. KNMI will: Co-ordinate the overall Scientific and Technical project activities. Organise project (Scientific and Technical Coordination) meetings, and chair interactions with project partners & Scientific and Technical Coordination Team. Ensure the integrating of the various activities into a single project result. UCL will: Co-ordinate day-to-day Land activities in all WPs and between WPs to ensure maximum communication, minimum duplication and clear focus on goals. T9.1 – Part A DOW

16 T10.1 – Part A DOW WP10 focuses on the administrative, legal and financial management of the project. It will: Manage the administrative, legal and financial aspects of the project. Coordinate and manage the workflow and project organisation. Keep all tasks on schedule, making sure that resources are deployed, manage risks, and eventual recovery actions. Check completion and adequacy of deliverables with respect to the contract. Prepare and coordinate regular progress reports. Manage financial matters, cost reports, and subsequent payments. Organise Project Review Meetings.
