MATERIALS  Dropper  Fortune fish  Soap  Water  Lotion  Timer (Levin)

STEPS 1.Obtain all materials (fortune fish, water, soap, lotion) 2.Apply 3 drops of liquid/substance to hand for 2 seconds. 3.Let dry for 2 seconds - pat dry if needed with a paper towel. 4.Place Fortune Fish in hand and start the timer when placed. 5.Stop timer when fish moves not to exceed 15 Seconds. 6.Record time and observation of movement. 7.Repeat steps 2-6 with each condition of hand 8.Form a conclusion based on data.
