Cultural Diversity Initiative Diversity and Cultural Competency Council (DCC) A group made up of employees from different departments and levels of the organization. It is made up of people who bring diverse perspectives and have had different life experiences. We are passionate about diversity, and we are working to support RMH in creating a more supportive and inclusive environment for staff, and a welcoming environment for patients.
