Reasons for Non-Achievement of Benchmark-  In subject like Physics, no regular teacher was available for the entire session.  A few students, esp. slow learners, had developed a habit to go on leave frequently in spite of repeated instructions and counseling. Even parents’ support could not be sought in this matter.  In the mid-session, there was an incident of indiscipline in the Vidyalaya, which disrupted the stream of sound academic ambience.

Action Plan to achieve the Samiti Target-  Teachers who couldn’t achieve the target will be motivated to make the teaching-learning process more effective by making it according to the need of students and devising ways to make it interesting and absorbing.  A comprehensive schedule would be chalked out to carry out remediation effectively by identifying areas of weakness of the individual slow learners and providing help accordingly.  Bright students will be prepared by giving them required impetus, references, difficult portion and monitored for frequent revision of the entire syllabi.
