District Coordinator and Test Administrator Information Test Security Maintaining assessment security is one of your most important responsibilities as a coordinator and test administrator. At all times, district and state procedures for protecting secure assessment materials should be followed. School Test Administrator Information Damaged Materials You will be supplied with extra testing bags Print Damaged on the students damaged test booklet/cassette and put it back in the students testing bag Take a replacement test booklet/cassette from one of the extra testing bags (and insert a Special Situations Form in the extra bag to indicate which testing material was removed) Print the students name on the replacement test booklet/cassette After testing, place the replacement test booklet/cassette back in the students bag with the students other test materials (and insert a Special Situations Form into the bag to indicate a replacement test is included) 2004 ELDA Packaging State Collaborative on Assessment and Student Standards
