Module- optimizer ECOD

Feigin Electric solution-Module Optimizer “ECOD” New product which allows you to optimize the voltage within the norms laid down by international standards of quality electricity. By optimizing the consumption savings of up to 10% more. Registers the change of power quality input and output devices. Measures and records the power consumption and energy consumption in almost any period of time. The device operates in three phases simultaneously. Increases the lifetime of electrical production. Not sensitive to instantaneous load. Large high contrast display with instant readings of the physical quantities of electricity. Programming with the unit..

Benefits. 1. Reducing power consumption (minimum 10%). 2. Lightning / surge protection. It protects the entire structure from lightning and surge suppressor. No need to purchase equipment for individual protection equipment. 3. Reduction of harmonic distortion. Patented active harmonic filter improves EMC mains and load. 4. Power factor correction. Reduces reactive power, the percentage increase in energy use and the reduction of the load current to provide the required power. 5. Balancing phase provides a uniform load on each of the phases. It provides energy savings.

The principal distinguishing features of our device "module optimizer - ECOD» and other voltage regulator in the power supply. 1. The efficiency of our devices is (all known stabilizers for industrial use, efficiency does not exceed 0.96) The transmission ratio of the electric power network by the electromagnetic load our device is 1:15 While all known stabilizers for industrial use power transmission ratio is 1: 2 (this means that the capacity of the autotransformer all other known stabilizers for industrial use shall be not less than half the power of the load, which means that these devices are more dimensions, the greater the weight, cost a lot more. These devices consume up to 5% of the electricity for their own needs - in connection with which the devices does not make sense to use optimizers as power consumption The power load can vary from 0 to 100%, which does not affect the quality of regulation The regulatory process takes place without breaking the circuit and distortion sine wave voltage Performance when switching does not exceed 20 ms High efficiency and low cost devices allows their use in electric networks with a voltage of more than 220V to optimize energy consumption, with payback periods of less than 1.5 years, which can not provide any of the known devices.

Principle of works

Best Solutions to optimize energy consumption! Do you know that current in a socket never complying with standards 220 V or 230 V, 110 V or 120 V? Yes, that statement is absolute truth!!! You barely found 220 V or 230V, 110 V or 120 V (depends on country accepted standard) it’s almost always plus or minus 5-10% !!! Usually, in large cities voltage close to the upper tolerance range!!!

Best Solutions to optimize energy consumption! For example, in a country where 220 V taken as a basic in network will be 225V-235V and even more. Distributors increase the voltage to control subsidence at peak power consumption. This increase is a main cause of "unnecessary" electricity use !!! By implementing our technology can optimize energy consumption by reducing the voltage to the border which close to the lowest acceptable standards.

Best Solutions to optimize energy consumption! Why when we reduce the voltage decreases consumption? The answer is simple: kW= =U ( Volts) * I (Amps)*1000*PF

In the table we can clearly see how the performance when adjusting the voltage. When the voltage between V efficiency of electrical equipment of almost 100% and the most optimal power consumption (for country with standards of LOAD 220 V+-5% )

The graph of the example of how to optimize the consumption by the voltage control while maintaining the efficiency of the device near 100% ( For Asynchronous motors )

График примера того, как оптимизировать потребление посредством управления напряжением (for MIX LOAD and LIGHTING)

The formula for calculating the optimization of energy consumption For MIX LOAD U 1 = Load without our device, I 1 = Current without our device, R - resistance P 1 = Power without our device U 2 = Load with our device, I 2 = Current with our device,R - resistance P 2 = Power without our device U 3 - step of transformation, U 3 =U 1 /18,3 ( 18,3 RATIO OF TRANSFORMERS) Check U 1 i I 1 by special equipment, R ( Ohms Law R=U/I), P 1 = U 1 *I 1,, R=U1/I1 U 2 =U 1 -U 3 = U1 - (U 1 /18,3), I 2 = U 2 / R ( Ohms Law R=U/R), I 2 = U 1 -(U 1 /18,3)/R P 2 = U 2 *I 2 = U 1 - (U 1 /18,3)* U 1 -(U 1 /18,3)/R P 2 /P 1 = ( U 1 - (U 1 /18,3)* (U 1 -((U 1 /18,3)/(U 1 /I 1 ))) / U 1 *I 1 ENERGY SAVINGS % = =100%- P 2 /P 1 = 100 -( U 1 - (U 1 /18,3)* (U 1 -((U 1 /18,3)/(U 1 / I 1 ))) / U 1 *I 1
