6T R A I N I N G S E S S I O N I I – G E N E R A L A M E N D M E N T FOR MULTIPLE DISPOSITIONS CREATE 24Le View DC Create General Amendment –Amendment Options > Create General Amendment –Enter reason for amendment –Enter new information in field 40 and field 41 (overwrite original information with correct information as it should appear) –Enter up to 255 characters of information in this field, which is equivalent to approximately five split dispositions. Delete information previously entered in the disposition address fields (street number, street name, city, state and zip) if needed. If the previous address information is not deleted when amending, it will appear again in the updated information. STEP 3

Using another person’s account is a violation of your user agreement. Sign Second Person Amendment Options > Sign Second Person Enter Signatory’s information (LEGAL, ADULT, numeric age are acceptable) Submit Amendment Options > Submit IF the DC is not yet registered by the State (DC record status = SUBM SR), the LRD can register the Amendment & issue certified copies. IF the DC is registered by the State (DC record status = REG SR), only the State can register the Amendment. The State registers electronically submitted Amendments weekly.
