Children enter Kindergarten ready to learn Increase percentage of children ready for Kindergarten Reduce the percentage of 0-5 children not enrolled in childcare Increase of percentage of parents that have child development skills Increase Head Start slots in the Promise Zone 2. Students are proficient in core subjects All students attend a 2.5 hour extended day program Increase reading and math skills Increase percentage of students completing homework accurately
