All are clearly and fully expressed Completion of Components 5 Few items are present and instructions were not followed 10 The folder is missing several items and the student did not follow instructions on placement 15 Most items are present and the majority is in the appropriate area. 20 Timeline with visuals, name on front and goals are all present and in the appropriate areas
