How to improve your school using Becta’s self-review framework. Philippa Lee

Key areas Why it is needed? What is the Self-review framework? What are the benefits for the schools? How schools use it? Celebrating success: ICT Mark & Excellence Awards What you need to do next. Using the framework has enabled us to identify our strengths and provide a clear direction and pathway for us to follow Jeff Smith – Headteacher Anson Primary School

Where are we withICT? Where are we with ICT? The gap between the best and the worst is unacceptably wide and increasing. In the most outstanding examples, ICT is starting to have a pervasive impact on the way teachers teach and children learn. As yet the government’s aim for ICT to become embedded in the work of schools is a reality in only a small minority.
