INDEX 1.WARMING UP. (HOW TO &EFFECTS) 2.FOOTBALL OR SOCCER. 3.PYSICAL CONDITION (APTITUDES). 4.MUSCLES. 5.GYMNASTICS SKILLS 6.ACROSPORT. 7.BASKETBALL.

GYMNASTIC SKILLS – FORWARD ROLL 1.The forward roll is started from a standing position. 1.Then the gymnast bends down, places their hands shoulder wide apart and hands facing forward. 2.They tuck their chin to their chest and place their upper back onto the floor. 3.Then push off of the floor with their legs and rotate over their head onto their back. The gymnast then presses their feet onto the floor and whips the arms forward to stand up

GYMNASTIC SKILLS – HANDSTAND A handstand is the act of supporting the body in a stable, inverted vertical position by balancing on the hands In a basic handstand the body is held straight with arms and legs fully extended, with hands spaced approximately shoulder-width apart

GYMNASTIC SKILLS – CARTWHEEL 1.It is performed by bringing the hands to the floor one at a time while the body inverts. 2.When both hands are on the floor, the legs travel over the body and feet return to the floor one at a time. 3.Ending with the performer standing upright.

ACROSPORT - ORIGIN ORIGIN & INFLUENCES: It is difficult to say exactly when and how this kind of exercises began. We can place the beginning and development of this kind of acrobatic exercises more than years ago. So on at the ancient Egypt these acrobatic exercises occupied a special place in ceremonies and parties It is also included in the gymnastic federation.

ACROSPORT – ROLES THE BASE: Strongest and heaviest participants should be the base performers. It is a stable, static or dynamic base on pyramids buildings. Its main features are strength, stability and balance. The base must provide trust to his partners. Basic positions: standing, ventral bench, dorsal bench and layed supine.

ACROSPORT – ROLES THE TOP: It is thinner and smaller than the base. Its main features are flexibility, balance and agility. It must be courageous and he must trust its partners. It is on the top of the pyramids with a balanced or strength position.

ACROSPORT - HIGHLIGHTS During the lessons I have been giving some tips for you to be safe and also helping you to achieve your figures and pyramids: 1.Setting the weight always in a vertical line. 2.Avoiding step on the central part of your back. 3.Avoiding the spinal cord. 4.Using our abdominal muscles and lower back muscles to maintain the posture. 5.Maintaining the weight by stablishing a vertical line that goes through our joints.

BASKETBALL - SKILLS Dribbling: dribbling refers to the maneuvering of a ball under the control of a single player in a given direction. Passing: A pass consists of an intentional transfer of the ball from one player to another of the same team. bounce pass and chest pass. Shooting: I rather explain this myself, because explanations are far more complicated. Laying up: A layup in basketball is a two-point shot attempt made by leaping from below, laying the ball up near the basket, and using one hand to bounce it off the backboard and into the basket.

BASKETBALL - RULES 1.Travelling: 2.Double dribble: 1.Personal foul: 2.Shot-clock violation: 3.Back-court violation: 4.Tip-off: YOU MAY FIND THEM ALL IN THE VIDEO WHICH I WILL UPLOAD ON THE WEBSITE.

BASKETBALL - POSITIONS 1.Point guard: also known as the one, is typically the team's best ball handler and passer. 2.Shooting guard: besides being able to shoot the ball, shooting guards tend to have good ball handling skills and the ability to drive the ball to the net, often creating their own shots off the dribble 3.Small forward: the small forward position is considered to be perhaps the most versatile of the main five basketball positions.

BASKETBALL - POSITIONS 4. Power forward: On offense, they are often the team's most versatile traveler, being able to score close to the basket while also being able to shoot mid-range jump shots. 5.Center: usually plays near the baseline, close to the basket (referred to as the "low post"). They are usually the tallest player on the floor.
