State Board Meetings Everyone is:  expected to respond to hospitality invitations.  welcome to give input, ask questions, and have their voices heard.  on board once a decision is made. Voting board members are expected to attend, and vote. Non – voting members share their concerns through their voting member representative or can attend the meeting at their own expense.

State Board Training All board members  are expected to attend when invited.  will submit an expense form.  On-line learning is in progress.

How We Reach Out Electronically Bulletin Everyone is expected to contribute. Send the articles to your VP for approval and submission. Website It’s everyone’s responsibility to review the site and help keep it current. Program Directors are expected to keep things current and relevant. Region and District Directors are expected to share events. Weekend Update Everyone is asked to contribute. Submissions should be submitted to your Vice President or the President by Wednesday for Friday dissemination.
