Class Directors/ Committee Chairs

Weekly Duties Attend all Key Club meetings Gather suggestions from class members Make sure your class knows they have a say in what goes on with your Key Club Represent your class with good fashion Always be on your best behavior when attending meetings and projects

Monthly Duties Attend all board meetings Give suggestions about how to improve your club Act as a liaison between the members in your grade and the club board Support decisions of the board and represent your class at board meetings

Annual Duties Recruit new Key Club members from your class Publicize Key Club to your classmates Train the new class director at the end of your term Let them know what can be done to better your role; keep them informed about your class members

Reaching out to your class Invite a friend to a club meeting Share your club’s website or newsletter Highlight your club’s most successful projects Create informational posters demonstrating the main objective of Key Club

General Information The class director is elected at the beginning of each school year. Each class votes for their own class director (ex. 2013)
