PROBLEM Stanford Athletics Summer Sports Camp for hundreds of K-12 athletes Known for safe and fun summer camp experience Many camps active concurrently

TARGET AUDIENCE The backbone of the camps are summer sports camp counselors Temporary workers with no work experience Need to quickly and effectively train counselors before arriving Program needs to run smoothly and on tight schedule

OBJECTIVES Train new counselors before camp arrival Minimize program schedule delays Maintain program safety and security Increase self-confidence of camp counselor at their job
