 Cloud Computing is based on the Internet computing, shared resources and messages to a computer or other device with Internet access by this way. 1.Research background

 Cloud computing services should have the following several characteristics:  Multiplayer shared resources.  Can be monitored and measured service.  Reduce the burden on the end user's process.

 According to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is defined service model, three services levels:  Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)  Platform as a Service (PaaS)  software as a service (SaaS) Cloud service model

 The 2012s Ministry of Health and Welfare promote the health cloud plans.  Health cloud planes contains medical, health, care.  Medical cloud- Improving the effectiveness of hospital services, with the exchange of electronic medical records.  Health cloud- Implement early prevention and early treatment. People can inquire preventive healthcare information or educational advisory functions by Health cloud.  Care cloud-Remote areas people and elderly through distance connectivity. They can receive proper care at home. Cloud Medical Industry

 Long-term monitoring of the patient's physiological.  Reduce the consumption of human resources.  Reduce the burden on the end user's process. 2.Research motivation

 It is a priority-based preemptive real-time multitasking operating system kernel for microprocessors. It is intended for use in embedded systems. Its features are:  Memory footprint is about 20KB for a fully functional kernel.  Highly portable, very scalable, preemptive real-time, deterministic, multitasking kernel.  It can manage up to 64 tasks (56 user tasks available).  It is ported to more than 100 microprocessors and microcontrollers.  It supports all type of processors from 8-bit to 64-bit RTOS-uC/OS II

6.Results  We start with the physiological parameter monitor received and displayed on the LCD above and stored in the SD card.
