Fast Driving A persuasive Letter to Dad

 My opinion: I don’t want you to drive fast because it is dangerous. First paragraph:

 1 st reason : You might make an accident. Explanation : You might get injured, enter the hospital, or you could even die. Your loved ones will have no father.  Second reason : You might get a speed ticket. Explanation : lose money, get black dots in your file, lose your license.  Third reason : The car might get damaged. Explanation : cost you money to fix it, buy another car, pay to the insurance company, stay without a car and take taxis. Second Paragraph :

Third paragraph  Restate your opinion : I’m strongly against speed driving, make an oath  Solution to prevent speeding: leave early don’t look at the clock phones distract you and you’ll be absorbed

Dear Dad, You know how much I love you and care about your safety. This is why in my letter to you, I want to express my feelings about your speeding. Whenever I’m with you in the car, I feel scared that we won’t reach home safe and that something bad will happen to us or to you because of your high speed. And I’m sure you’re aware of how many people lose their loved ones from car accidents every year. There are more reasons that I’m going to state to change your speeding habits.

To begin with, your high speed will probably cause an accident and you’ll end up injured in the hospital with serious health problems or might even die and we will end up orphans with no dad. Also, you might get caught by the police or a radar. They will issue a speed ticket, which means you’ll waste a good amount of money on it, get more black dots in your file, and probably lose your license. Third, your car might get damaged. Of course that means you will lose money to fix it, pay the insurance company, or even have to buy a whole new car. And if we can’t afford it, then we will have to use taxis and you know how hard it is sometimes to find one in this hot weather.

We can never imagine a life without you, dad. For all the reasons that I mentioned above, and even more, please stop speeding. You know there is always a solution to every problem. For example: If you leave home early, you won’t have to rush to work. You can also try covering the car’s clock so you won’t have to feel anxious about being late. Finally, don’t answer your mobile while driving, as this will distract you off the road because you’d be absorbed with the phone call and maybe speed without knowing. I strongly need you to sign an oath, promising that you’ll stop your speeding habits, as this will be our contract. Dad’s Signature: ______________
