Culture Malaysian culture or Malaya culture is a mixture of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and various indigenous tribes dating back to more than fifteen hundred years ago from a Kedah kingdom in Lembah Bujang with traders from China and India. Other cultures in the past that influenced heavily on the culture of Malaya include the Persian, Arab and European

Landforms

Brunei Bay Brunei Bay (Malay Teluk Brunei) is the gateway to Brunei and Borneo. It is located 4°45'-5°02'N, 114°58'-115°10'E; east of Bandar Seri Begawan. The Brunei portion of the bay is in two sections separated by a finger of Sarawak (Limbang) about 6km wide at the coast. It is a deeply indented bay with an area of about 250,000 ha (c.50,ooo ha in Brunei territory), shared between Brunei Darussalam and the East Malaysian States of Sarawak and Sabah.

Bera Lake Bera Lake (Tasik Bera in Malay) is a natural freshwater lake system, located in southwest Pahang, Malaysia in the saddle of the main and eastern mountain ranges of Peninsular Malaysia, extending 35 km long and 20 km wide, drainings into the Pahang River.

Pulau Tiga Pulau Tiga is a group of small uninhabited Malaysian islands in off the western coast of Sabah. The islands were formed on September 21, 1897, when an earthquake on Mindanao caused a volcanic eruption near Borneo. Pulau Tiga became well known through the Survivor television series. It was the setting of Survivor: Borneo, the first American season of the show. It was also the setting of the first seasons of the Swedish and British shows.                                              

Government Constitutional monarchy

History The ancestors of the people that now inhabit the Malaysian peninsula first migrated to the area between 2500 and 1500 B.C. Those living in the coastal regions had early contact with Chinese and Indians; seafaring traders from India brought with them Hinduism, which was blended with the local animist beliefs. As Muslims conquered India, they spread the religion of Islam to Malaysia. In the 15th century A.D., Islam acquired a firm hold on the region when the Hindu ruler of the powerful city-state of Malacca, Parameswara Dewa Shah, converted to Islam.

Location Malaysia’s territory is geographical unique one and located at South East-Asia. Its share borders between Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and the Philippines. The country is recognize by two lands mass which separated by South China Sea, one is in Peninsula Malaysia region and another two states in Borneo Island and total up the sum 329,847 square kilometers (127,355 sq mi) with 27 million population live in it.
