Competencies Development through Self- learning in services SME Main Goal To support the emergence of a new professional profile for facilitators of training addressing SMEs in services sector Specific objectives: To improve the quality and the work organisation towards a learning organisations; To focus learning processes on more flexible and customer oriented services; To create a new professional profile for facilitators of training processes addressing SME in services sector; To develop and test a package of methodology and instruments for facilitators of learning processes; To support employees innovative self-learning approaches and activities.
