Women In NECA (WIN) is the newest member-led NECA Community. WIN is an open forum for industry women working with:  NECA member companies  NECA chapters and national office  LMCCs. WIN works to make NECA and our industry stronger by advancing women’s goals for professional growth. What is WIN?

WIN supports the professional development of women working in the electrical contracting industry:  through educational and networking events;  promoting diversity in the industry; and  encouraging women to explore careers in the electrical contracting industry. What Does WIN Do?

1. The next generation of industry leaders will include more women. Let’s help them get ready through professional training and mentorship. 2. Peer-to-peer networking matters to NECA members. 3. Provide a collaborative learning environment for flexible problem solvers. Why Does NECA Need WIN?
