TRAIN THE INSTRUCTOR / T2i کورس تربیه معلم PURPOSE: The purpose of the Train the Instructor Course is to provide ANA Instructors with a standardized, MOD approved, and sustainable training plan. This training will reinforce basic instructor skills that will provide confident and qualified instructors. Graduates will be technically and tactically proficient, professional, and set the example at all times. هدف: هدف کورس تربیه معلم عبارت از ارتقای ظرفیت مربیون اردوی ملی افغانستان نظربه پلان منظورشده وزازت دفاع ملی افغانستان ترتیب گردیده است، چون این نوع تعلیمات مهارتهای مربیون را بیشتر ساخته و مربیون خوب را به جامعه تقدیم خواهم نمود. فارغین این کورس از لحاظ تخنیکی وتکتیکی دارای مهارت های مسلکی و نمونه مثال در هرزمان خواهدبود. INTENT: The intent of the Train the Instructor Course is to institute a standardized and MOD approved development system that will provide well trained and professional cadre. Graduates will be qualified to instruct, and will posses the potential to progress to a T3/T4 level. ANA Instructors will be chosen by the Command Team and will have demonstrated superior knowledge, professionalism, and have instructor training experience. This is an ANA taught course with little or no assistance from advisors after the initial class. Advisors will be available at all times and will assist only as needed. مقصد: مقصد کورس تربیه معلم عبارت از ایجاد معیار یک سیستم انکشافی ومنظورشده وزارت دفاع ملی افغانستان بوده تا مربیون وپرسونل مسلکی وبا دانش رابه جامعه تقدیم نماید.فارغین این کورس میتوانند که تدریس نمایند، و درصورتیکه بخواهند به کورس های سطوح بعدی جهت آموزش وارتقای ظرفیت تعلیمی اشتراک نمایند به کورس مهارتهای نظامی مربیون معرفی میشوند. مربیون اردوی ملی افغانستان توسط تیم رهبریت (قوماندانان) انتخاب گردیده بناً باید دانش خودرا درعمل پیاده نموده ، مسلکی و دارای تجربه تدریسی باشند. این کورس بعداز دوره اول تعلیمی به مربیون اردوی ملی افغانستان سپرده میشود و بدون همکاری مشاورین تحت تعلیم وتربیه اردوی ملی افغانستان صورت پزیراست. مشاورین همیشه موجود بوده ودرصورت ضرورت همکاری مینمایند.

Work towards instituting qualified instructor rotation plan back to the fielded force to be implemented in Mentoring/Partnering Senior Leadership. –ANATC leadership transition to embrace the Afghan Instructor initiative –RMTC ANA CDR’s and SMAs to conduct joint training through an Advisors Course that will include: –Planning –Assessment of Instruction –Assessing of Instructors
