Paola GargiuloSouthampton, OA progress in Italy: Messina Large national event promoted by the Council of Rectors of Italian Universities (CRUI) and hosted by the University of Messinanational event More than 30 universities (out of 77) signed the Berlin Declaration during the event, at the presence of F. Friend, D. Prosser and J-C. Guédon February 2005: more than 40 universities are going to sign after a decision of their academic Senate
