Continue to achieve great outcomes for communities locally and abroad Membership continues to be rewarding However, we face the challenge of a slowly declining membership. On average: – Our clubs are getting smaller – Our membership is aging – We lose as many members as we attract

TITLE | 4 Background - membership development plan Responds to the need to increase membership Based on a target of 3% net growth each year over the next three years Endorsed by Governors, Governors Elect and Governors Nominee in November 2012 The plan was endorsed by the RI board in October 2012 Consistent with RI’s goal for 3% growth each year for next three years
