The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE OUR Mission The purpose of the Twinsburg Football Program is to add value to the lives of the young men it serves. This is accomplished by emphasizing the qualities of dignity, integrity, gratitude, and a willingness to serve others. Tigers Football will develop “uncommon” men. #BlueTigerEffort “Success is uncommon, therefore not to be enjoyed by the common man. I’m looking for uncommon people.” Cal Strom Former HC University of Minnesota

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE PHILOSOPHY: PCE Passion: Passion for who we are, what we do, and who we are doing it with. We control our attitude and must do everything with great energy. Commitment: Being a “Tiger” football player is an all the time thing. We control the type of teammate we want to become. Execution: Work to finish. We control our effort.

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE VISION The first step toward creating an improved future is developing the ability to envision it. VISION will ignite the fire of passion, which fuels our commitment to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to achieve excellence. Only VISION allows us to transform dreams of greatness into the reality of achievement through human action. VISION has no boundaries and knows no limits. Our VISION is what we become in life.

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE Coach/Parent Communication The following is a groundwork for a proper line of communication between you and the coach: 1.No coach will ever discuss your sons playing time with you:  A player should 1 st talk with his position coach, 2 nd the coach responsible for that team unit, and 3 rd the head coach.  A meeting will never take place on a game day. Any meeting must be scheduled at least a day or two in advance.

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE Coach/Parent Communication The following is a groundwork for a proper line of communication between you and the coach: 2.No coach will discuss someone else’s son with you. 3.No coach will discuss team strategy with you. Your son’s safety and will being are top priorities. If you need to speak with a coach please contact Coach Bell 9-12 of Coach Hribar 7 & 8. Our doors are always open.

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE Player Conduct All players must be where they are suppose to be, doing what they are suppose to be doing, when they are suppose to be there: 1.Be On Time 2.Be At Practice 3.Work Hard to Improve And Develop Skills 4.Be A Trustworthy Teammate Consequences: Late – Extra Conditioning Absent – Extra Conditioning / Held Out Of Play / 2 No Call/No Shows/Unexcused Absences – Dismissal From The Team Steal From A Teammate – Dismissal From The Team

TheTwinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE Player Injury Protocol If A Player Believe He Is Injured: 1.See His Position Coach 2.Position Coach Will Send Player To The Head Coach If Necessary 3.Head Coach Will Send Player To The Trainer If Necessary If A Player Feels Symptoms After Going Home: 1.See Coach Bell When He Arrives For Practice/School The Next Day Exception: Excruciating Pain That May Require ER Attention (This Is A Parents Call)

The Twinsburg Tigers Football Program PCE We have a unique opportunity. Our program wants to create a FAMILY atmosphere that we can all be proud of. It will take an effort from all of us to create and maintain a model program. We want to build relationships throughout our family—after all that’s what it is all about—RELATIONSHIPS! So let’s roll up our sleeves, lock arms, and get to work. Together, we can all make a difference in molding our future fathers, husbands, and leaders! Together: “WE WILL MOLD THE TIGER WAY”
