Implementation Time Schedule These limits apply to the 2007-2008 Winter operating season starting November 1, 2007, and ending no later than March 31, 2008 pending completion of: The Operating Procedures Review Group’s acceptance of the associated winter operating procedures for each of the interties and those operating procedures (including system monitoring and curtailment responsibilities) being implemented, and Operating training and direction required to ensure operation within the established operating limits.

MIC Issues? Order 890 – Transparency SOL vs OTC – NERC current draft standards ATC calculations – Is it based on TTC or SOL? Does it need to be a change in OTC calculation due to MRTU Implementation? Reserves – Load Carrying Responsibilities in respect to OTC determination?
