Station 1 Open Field Tackling Drill: Two Players Are lined up across each other at 15 yards away, a whistle Is blown and one of the player carries the ball and tries to get past the other player while the defensive player makes the tackle in open field. This is the hardest tackle in football and this drill will help them cut down correctly on angles and bring the ball carrier to the ground. Station 2 Blocking Drills: Different types of blocks are required to be successful in running the football. Each position has its own technique for their block. In this station each position will practice there types of blocks to insure that there team has a successful run game.
