ACTIVITIES PERFORMED USING THE TALE:

WE READ THE STORY OF “PICCOLO BLU AND PICCOLO GIALLO” ON EACH OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES: CHILD AND FIRST COURSE OF PRIMARY CYCLE. WE SPOKE OF THE VALUES OF THE STORY AND MOVE THEM TO EVERYDAY LIFE SITUATIONS.

WE INTRODUCED TO STUDENTS THE CHARACTERS “LITTLE BLUE AND LITTLE YELLOW”, WHO THE ITALIAN GROUP GAVE US AWAY ON OUR VISIT TO MILAN.

WE SAW ON A DIGITAL SCREEN, THE VIDEO OF THE STORY PERFORMED BY CHILDREN FROM DIFFERENT SCHOOLS.

EACH CHILD TOOK HOME TWO CIRCLES AND, WITH THEIR FAMILIES, MADE THE STORY CHARACTERS. ALL WORK DONE BY FAMILIES AND CHILDREN WERE EXHIBITED IN THE HALLWAYS OF OUR SCHOOL.

THE STUDENTS DREW THE MAIN CHARACTERS OF THE STORY.

BY USING CARDBOARD, WE MADE SPACES THAT APPEAR IN THE STORY AND MADE TRIDIMENSIONAL CHARACTERS. CHILDREN DRAMATIZED THE STORY BY USING BOTH, THE ELABORATE RESOURCES ANT THOSE PRESENT IN THE CLASSROOM.

WE MADE PUPPETS OF “LITTLE BLUE, YELLOW AND GREEN” BY USING BALLS AND ICECREAM STICKS.

WE PERFORMED MIXTURES OF PRIMARY COLORS AND DISCOVERED HOW COLOR GREEN APPEARED OFTER MIXING COLORS BLUE AND YELLOW: IN BOTTLES, BY MIXING PAINTS WITH WATER.
