Then I listened to music on the beach.
One day, I went for a cycle ride.
I sunbathed everyday.
In the evening, I danced in the disco.
I played with new friends.
I took lots of photos.
I relaxed.
In the lesson, students use those infinitive verbs, adapting them as per the model, to create sentences in the preterite.
This is their introduction to the preterite tense. They then describe the rule / pattern for themselves, before being introduced to the endings in the other persons via a dialogue.
