VULNERABILITY TO NATURAL DISASTERS Indian Subcontinent highly vulnerable to drought, floods, cyclones and earthquakes. Among the 35 States/ Union Territories, 25 are disaster prone 8041 km Coast line exposed to tropical cyclones
