6 3 Years of the NCMP 10 Policy Demand from the UPA 1. Adopt the Right to Education Bill 2005 with suggested amendments, and allocate 6% of the GDP to Education 2. Allocate 3% of the GDP to Health and the effectively implement the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). 3. Ensure the rigorous implementation of the NREGA, and involve the local elected bodies in the same 4. Implement Forest Rights Act, 2006 and strengthen the implementation of the Land Reforms Acts. 5. Table and enact Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament immediately 6. Enact a comprehensive Central legislation on reservation in the private sector for dalits and adivasis.
